Not really a new brand, just a new name for his world-renowned shapes. A designer and a professional windsurfer, Patrik Diethelm is well known within the windsurfing community. His products have been praised for their quality and workmanship for many years, and the name itself is a symbol of true dedication to performance.

With a total of 28 world championship titles, Karin’s probably the most successful female athlete on the planet. Add a degree in economics, and a lifetime of experience in the windsurfing industry, and she’s the perfect ambassador for the brand’s marketing and sales team. Besides the ‘office job’, she’s a world-class tester, giving feedback from a female’s perspective, and intends to dedicate many more years to winning medals on the world tour.

A trend always takes its own course. To follow it is a race against time, which inevitably leads to a change the following year. We want to offer long lasting products to our customers and therefore won’t alter them just for the sake of it. Couple this with our monochrome ‘bionic graphic’, which gives our boards their unique neutral look and matches any sail, and you have a timeless piece. To also ensure maximum corporate identity with minimal focus on fashion, graphical changes will be kept to a minimum on all of our new product releases.

TRUE LONG-TERM VALUE

Q 1:  Is the new product really better than the old one just like the marketing claims?

One year after we started working on our initial ideas and prototypes, we’re able to present a range of 19 boards for the ambitious sailor to the professional competitor.
